Not everyone wants a room with a whirlpool, fireplace and cable television. This budget friendly guest room is a great value and so much nicer than a motel room. At this low price, some B&Bs are selling a guest room with shared bath and continental breakfast. Our guest room has a private bath and we serve a full breakfast.

This wing of the house is often rented by people who are in the area for family reunions and celebrations. This cozy room, our smallest, is painted a soothing sage green and decorated with rose botanic prints and pictures of Victorian women.

The bedroom features a high, romantic Victorian style four-poster queen bed, with a burgundy comforter contrasting the walls. There is an antique carved setee and a TV and DVD player for movies only and CD player. The lovely view west overlooks the creek and a wooded pasture.

The bathroom is tucked under a sloping attic roof. The tub is original to the house and has a hand-held shower attachment. There's plenty of extra space in the hallways to store a couple of coolers.
