Brambleberry B&B is open for Friday, Saturday and Sunday night bookings. The inn is closed Monday through Thursday nights due to the demands of our other full-time jobs.

Check-in time is 4 to 6 p.m. A later check-in time may be scheduled. We are not able to accommodate check-ins after 10 p.m., with the exception of wedding couples. Bridal couples arriving late may pick up their key the day before or morning of their stay. Please call us if you will be arriving later than planned.
Quiet time: In consideration of other guests, we encourage quiet time between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. Please keep volume on TVs and CD players low. It is suggested you not use the whirlpool during these hours. Quiet time is waived on whole-house rentals.
Check-out by 11 a.m. unless other arrangements are made. If you've made a reservation with your credit card, please bring it with you as we must scan your card at check-out time. Guests who neglect to have their card scan are subject to a possible $10 extra charge to cover the higher processing fees.
Your reservation is guaranteed only after we have received a credit card number or a check for one-half the price of your stay. If you are redeeming a gift certificate, please advise us. We only accept Brambleberry certificates that we have issued. We are not responsible for lost certificates.

We offer 20 percent discount for guests attending area funerals. Please phone or e-mail the innkeeper for our rates.

Our rates are firm. Our normal daily rates are more than fair. The multiple-day discounts we offer make Brambleberry an incredible value and one of Wisconsin's lowest-price, high quality inns at our price point. We offer one guest room for $89. We suggest budget conscious travelers keep these options in mind.
We understand everyone has to watch their pennies these days -- even us! It is not inexpensive to offer all the amenities and special touches that are associated with a stay at Brambleberry. If we sold our rooms for any less money, we would have to cut out so many of the amenities that help make a stay here special. Prices are non-negotiable.

Open weekends for Friday, Saturday and Sunday night stays. Our five beautiful, clean, comfortable guest rooms (all with private attached baths) are the perfect place to escape for rest, relaxation, romance and to reconnect. Rates vary from $89 to $159 and include a complimentary full breakfast in our Scottish hunting lodge-style dining room, served at 9 a.m. We can also deliver a breakfast tray to your room.

We are a smoke-free inn. People are welcome to smoke outdoors, away from the house.
Mature, well-behaved young adults aged 14 and older are welcome. As an adult romantic destination, our B&B is not appropriate for younger children. Thank you for understanding that many of our guests come here for time alone together. They definitely don't want to spend their romantic holiday with someone else's children. We don't accept guest's pets and we have a pet in residence. We recommend boarding your pet at K-9 Country Lodge.

Please allow us adequate time to plan ahead if you have special dietary needs. Gluten free is no problem! We will adapt our menus as necessary to accommodate vegetarians, medical conditions, food allergies or religious reasons. However, we do not cater to extremist dieters who choose only to eat huge quantities of meat or protein.

Brambleberry Bed and Breakfast is legally licensed and inspected by the Wisconsin/Jackson County Department of Health. (Not all lodging facilities in our area are.)


Whole house rental

If you're interested in renting the entire B&B, the price for up to 5 people and 5 rooms is $583. 10 people in five guests rooms is $633 (plus tax). We will consider waiving minimum age requirements for children on whole house rentals. Contact the innkeeper for more information. A 50 percent deposit is required to hold the date and will be forfeit if cancelled with less than 30 days notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Any cancellation or changes to a reservation must be made by phone so as to avoid misunderstandings. We do not accept e-mail cancellations because they can get filtered in e-mail or lost. As a small inn, cancellations have a seriously adverse impact upon us.
  • Cancellations of between 3 and 14 days will be charged 50 percent of the total stay. Alternatively you may request to pay 100 percent of the total stay in return for a gift certificate of that same value to be used within 6 months. No refund on any unused portion, subject to room availability and the following blackout dates: Sept. 23 through Oct. 23 and holidays.
  • Cancellations of less than 48 hours and no-shows will be charged the full amount of the stay with no gift certificate compensation. A gift certificate may be offered in the event of an extreme weather occurrence.
  • Cancellations for Oktoberfest and Cranfest weekend must be made one month prior or the guest will be charged the full amount of the stay. Too many people have abused our cancellation policy for this, our busiest weekend of the year, so it is necessary to implement this policy.
  • Whole house rentals must pay 50 percent deposit at the time of reservation. The deposit is non-refundable if the booking is canceled less than one month before the reservation.
