LobbyThe showpiece of the lobby is an oak staircase and paneled oak walls, inspired by the design found in some grand English country homes. The staircase was custom-built and is guarded by Duncan, a great conversation piece who sits at the foot of the stairs. Other decorations, such as the battle helmet, sword and shield, fit the Medieval decor. At the top of the landing are English and Scottish banners, which decorate the walls. |
