Natural gourmet grass-fed slaughter lambs

(We are not certified organic, but we use organic farming methods)

Suffolk crossbred slaughter lambs: $150 (plus processing fee, approximately $75)
Approximately 25 to 30-plus pounds of meat would be about $7.50 to $9 per pound, processed, finished costs

Scottish Blackface crossbred slaughter lambs: $125 (plus processing fee, approximately $75)
Approximately 20 pounds of finished meat, averaging $9 to $10 per pound

These animals are sold live on the hoof. You may pick them up at the farm yourself or for a $25 additional fee we will truck the lamb to one of our local reputable slaughter houses in Pigeon Falls or Holmen. Animals cost about $75 to process. You will pay the slaughter house for processing and pick up your own meat. We require a $50 deposit to reserve a slaughter lamb. The balance is due when you pick your lamb up or before we truck to the facility. Lambs are ready for sale mid-September and throughout the fall.

Breeding stock

June 2011 -- We will have purebred Scottish Blackface ram lambs available for purchase. $275

June 2011 -- Scottish Blackface crossbred ewe lambs available for pickup. $125; Suffolk cross ram lambs. $125.

Please call early to reserve ram lambs so that we don't castrate them.
