Maybe you’re craving a more masculine space. Our Gamekeeper Room represents quintessential English country style depicting the former days of the aristocracy when fox hunting and other shooting sports were popular. This handsome, well-tailored guest room features a queen bed draped in a paneled half-tester canopy. Wainscot walls are accented by a masculine tartan wallpaper in shades of green and burgundy with various hunting and wildlife artwork. Rich, red oak floors. Two mission style chairs are a great place to view the fireplace, TV or read a book. The herb garden and pergola are just outside the windows. Located on the first floor directly off the guest lounge, which also serves the winery, it’s the best room for guests who have difficulty with stairs. We ask guests to vacate the lounge by 10 p.m. to ensure that Gamekeeper guests have plenty of privacy at night.
(Room size 14 x 24, 336 square feet).
