Winter hours: Open Saturday noon to 7 p.m. and Sunday noon to 5 p.m.

Enjoy a fun, leisurely day out with your friends at Brambleberry. We offer a wide variety of delicious wines for you to taste including full-bodied reds, crisp whites and our popular “sweeties.” There’s a wine here to suit everyone’s unique taste.

Brambleberry’s tasting room is whimsical and charming. An enchanting Scottish medieval theme is a tribute to our Scottish ancestry, as are the unique names of our artisan wines. As our own preference is for warm climate wines, we source the best materials from North and South America, Europe, New Zealand and Australia to create our marvelous wines.

Right in the center of the Black River Country Wine Trail and not too far from the Great River Road Wine Trail, Brambleberry offers the option of excellent accommodation in our award-winning Wisconsin bed and breakfast inn. Enjoy the peace (quiet) and beauty of our land while sipping wine at our outdoor wine garden. Watch the cute lambs as they leap around.

We offer pinot noir, shiraz, montepulciano, nebbiolo, malbec, carmenere, sangiovese, brunello, amarone and other delicious red blends. Our white wines feature chardonnay, sauvignon blanc, pinot grigio, riesling, moscato and a few blends. Our popular “sweeties” include the fruity flavors of cranberry, apple, peach, blueberry, blackberry, raspberry and cherry. Many of our sweeties pair well with chocolate! (Doesn’t everything?)

Our mission is to enhance everyone’s appreciation of wine, while having fun. No stuffy wine rules here! We sell wine by the glass, bottle or case. Special savings are available when you purchase six or more bottles. We even offer a local microbrew — Sand Creek Brewery products — by the bottle. A limited menu of snacks — pizzas and cheese plates — are available for purchase to enjoy with a glass of wine or a bottle.

Food service is available on Saturday and Sunday (kitchen closes at 6:30 p.m. Saturday and 4:30 p.m. Sunday).

We appreciate advance notice of large groups of 10 or more. Buses of 20 to 60 must make advance reservations at least two weeks prior and will be scheduled between 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in order for us to staff appropriately. A pre-paid deposit must be made by all buses which is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

Living well, laughing lots and loving is more fun with great wine!

Taste your choice of four wines for free. An additional flight of six wines may be purchased for $5. For $10 you may taste 10 wines and take home your custom Brambleberry Winery glass. The tasting menu changes every two weeks. All overnight guests at the B&B receive a free wine tasting during normal winery hours. Bring your friends!

Through April we are open noon to 7 p.m. Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday. We will be open Friday from noon to 7 p.m. May through December. Final tastings are 30 minutes before closing time. We are a no-smoking facility. No dogs or weapons allowed. Parking is available in front of the sheep paddocks. The paved spaces are reserved for overnight guests or handicapped patrons. Thank you.

Located between La Crosse and Black River Falls. Brambleberry Winery is a member of the Wisconsin Winery Association.
